Shenzhen Xexun Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xexun”, “we”, “us”) is a manufacturer of GPS trackers and related tracking products, registered in Shenzhen, China.
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not send such data to us.
Where data protection law such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you; your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, balanced against your rights; and compliance with legal obligations.
Our devices are sold to businesses, fleet operators, public authorities and individuals who deploy them for their own purposes. The customer decides who is tracked and why, and the customer is the controller of the resulting location data. Xexun supplies the devices and the tracking platform, and processes location data only on the instructions of that customer. Xexun does not decide whose location is tracked and does not use our customers’ location data for any purpose of its own.
If you believe a device is being used to track you without your knowledge or consent, please contact us at admin@xexun.com and, where appropriate, your local law enforcement authority. Our customers are contractually required to use our products lawfully, including obtaining any consent or giving any notice required in their jurisdiction.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:
We are based in China and operate servers in China and in Hong Kong. Where you are located outside those jurisdictions, your data will be transferred to and processed there. We apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including contractual protections with our customers and suppliers.
When data is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it.
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission, access control, credential hashing, network segregation, logging and regular backups. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your own login credentials confidential.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to: confirm whether we hold personal data about you and give you a copy; correct inaccurate data; delete data; restrict or object to processing; provide your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent you have given.
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@xexun.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, normally within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. If your data is held on behalf of one of our customers, we will refer your request to that customer and support them in answering it.
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and, where permitted, analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work correctly.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or another messaging service, that service provider processes your message and telephone number under its own privacy policy. We use the content of your message and your contact details only to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Some of our products are designed to help parents and guardians locate children. Such use is arranged by the parent, guardian or institution responsible for the child, who is responsible for the lawfulness of that use. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided data to us directly, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on this page.
